And for the first time, Singapore will host a Sprint weekend, giving fans an extra race on Saturday alongside the usual qualifying and Sunday Grand Prix.

Singapore gets its first Sprint
This is the big change.
Instead of a traditional three-practice-session weekend, Singapore's 2026 schedule includes its first-ever Sprint.
Friday has First Practice followed by Sprint Qualifying.
Saturday then gets a 30-minute Sprint at 5pm, followed by Grand Prix Qualifying at 9pm.
Sunday remains the big one: the Singapore Grand Prix starts at 8pm.
That makes Saturday particularly packed if you're attending in person — Sprint in the afternoon, Qualifying at night and plenty happening in between.
Where is the Singapore Grand Prix held?
The Singapore Grand Prix takes place around the Marina Bay Street Circuit, a 4.94km street circuit through the Marina Bay area.
Unlike a traditional permanent racetrack, the circuit winds through the city, which is a big part of what makes the Singapore race so distinctive.

This year's programme includes experiences around Orchard Road, Clarke Quay, Marina Bay and other precincts.
New 2026 additions include Orchard Paddock 2026 at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza and adidas Motorsport pop-ups, alongside returning programmes such as Ray-Ban presents: Beyond the Track at Clarke Quay.
